2nd timer cruiser, went with P&O once (Ocean view room). But this time we decided to go with Grand suite

The room was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 9 & 12). Compare to balcony room (category 8D) Our room had some extra eg. VIP check in/out, king bed, sofa & bunk, coffee table & chairs, powder room with single sink, balcony was big, can fit 4 chairs & still have pretty of room to move. Bathroom came with double sink & spa (Try the spa once). Room service was excellent, Shanghai bar was top, kids love it too (thanks Nat.), Green thunder & water slide was great. Swimming pool was a bit small, the location for table tennis was too windy (sport bar was hardly use), snooker or pool table areas was closed too early, apart from that we had a wonderful time with friends & family on the ship. We stopped at 5 ports, Noumea (had a good swim & lunch), Lifou, Port Villa (private Limousine tour was great), Mare (we all had good time here), Isle of pine was beautiful. Carnival Spirit is fun ship for family holiday. Just book for June 2016, this time we down graded to Ocean suite, it will be okay, we'll survive ha ha ha..............
