As a first time cruiser, I was very please about the ship. It was small but comfortable. We enjoyed the trip very much. First off, about the gratuity, guys, don't be stingy about it. Even if you have scraped every penny you have to get on this cruise. We got to talk to some of our servers, really made us appreciate what they have done. They all provided good service. In case you don't know, they have to sign a 6 months contract at a time. That means working ONLY, they don't get any time off until their contracts are up. Most of them don't get to see their families for those time. I feel for them!

We were very pleased about the children's program. We have two young boys. They could not wait to get back to their clubs. The teachers were very energetic and fun. Also, on port days, you can leave your kids with them ALL DAY if you decide not to take them with you. The bottom line is that I will not hesitate to take the kids to this cruise. Hubby and I got to see all the shows at night and enjoyed lots of adult activities during the day. My kids loved the Ocean Club!

Our most favorite shore excursion was the Sting Ray City at Grand Cayman. If you don't have time to do anything else, this is a MUST have tour. You will not regret it. I wouldn't waste my money on the Turtle Farm, Hell, and the Rum Cake Factory. I thought it was a rip off for the price to include all those. They are not worth your time to visit. Go swim with the Sting Rays, it was awesome!! By the way, the swim is about 45 minutes. Don't worry, that's about all you can handle anyway. The Rays will leave after about 45 min. Try to feed them, it's a lot of fun. Oh, for non swimmers (me), the water was very shallow, about waist deep. So go out and enjoy. There were lots of people just sat on the boat and observed. Too bad, they missed a once of life time fun. These Rays are so gentle. I just can't say enough about this tour.
