The Wife and I spent 6 months researching and planning this cruise and I would have to say it far exceeded our expectations.I feel we got a wonderful deal with the cruise and the beverage pkg included and an onboard credit. Embarkation.. We left Michigan at 2 am on snowy rds and sub zero temperatures and flew out of Detroit arriving in Warm Miami at 10 am. Promptly got in a cab and for $24 bucks was at the port in about 20 minutes. We were checked in within seconds it seemed and by 11 we were aboard with a drink in hand. This was by far the fastest embarkation we have experienced in 7 cruises. Vey impressive. We had lunch and explored the ship for a bit before our rooms were ready which was around 1:30 pm.

Sailaway.. I had read that the sunset bar was a great place to be for the sailaway so we made our way there after the quick and easy muster drill. There we met some wonderful people from Northern Canada and had some drinks and laughs with them as we took pictures.This is always a fun part of the cruise, just meeting people from all over and striking up conversations and having cold drinks and good conversation.
