I am not even sure where to begin - for starters we never received a wash cloth in our cabin, I actually had to use a hand towel as a wash cloth, we never received cleaned cups or glasses in our cabin. The product that they used to clean our cabin irritated our throats so bad that we had to buy cough drops and syrups. before I left I printed out the smoking policy for balcony's (which stated that you were allowed) on day two the steward informed us that we were not allowed. In the event that you are reading the policy, don't bother, they would not honor what I printed out. The food on board was the same everyday, and it was Horrible! I eat salads everyday. The food in the Pay restaurant's was average, so if you want decent food, be prepared to pay up. Le bistro was bad and the staff really had some issues with seating. My party of 43 was seated and 4 of us had no seats which made us stand in a very jam packed restaurant waiting at least 15 min until they could figure something out- embarrassing for us!!! Some of the staff really need to change their attitude, compared to other ships (Carnival/Holland America/Royal Caribbean - I have been on all) most not all staff but most I thought were rude - especially during emergency drill - those girls were just plain rude to other passengers - I really could not believe my ears when I heard how they spoke to people. Guest services were just as bad if not worse. We had a private room booked for three different events - on the last event they told us we would have to change our time by 1/2 hour (not a big deal, if we could have informed everyone, but they told us a 1/2 hour before hand)

This ship is just not worth the money - please read other reviews before you make a decision on what cruise line you choose. We spent a lot of money for one horrible vacation .
