I had trouble finding specific information before our trip. I called in advance and even asked onboard (which was helpful at some restaurants), but I am just a person who likes very specific details, so I am sharing as much as I can here for others to be more informed before upcoming trips. To provide background, I eat dairy (eggs, cheese, etc., but I avoid any touch of fish/chicken or beef - including stocks, broths, & sauces).
