We sailed from Miami on Jan 3, 2015. The embarkation line was long but organised. We were on board after about an hour.

This was our 4th cruise, 2 with Royal Caribbean and 2 with Celebrity. We are an Australian couple late 40's and enjoyed the company of the mostly Americans on board of various ages. I would generally say that Celebrity is 'classier' but Royal Caribbean is more fun. I'll explain later...

We had a balcony cabin on Deck 6. Obstructed view but that did not bother us at all, you could still see everything. The cabin was lovely and our steward, Milford, friendly and efficient. The ship is really beautiful and spotlessly clean. We sailed on Solstice a year ago and it is almost identical. Read more
