We initially was very hesitant about going on board a mega ship (6000 passengers). We felt for the price, we would use the ship as a resort and wouldn't concern ourselves with the itinerary.

With the exception of the first day, when we saw the hoard of people, we never felt the size of the ship. There are enough cubbies to disappear into.

The entertainment was superb - the best we have experienced on our 15+ cruises. The specialty restaurants were outstanding. Members of the staff were excellent although I felt that there were times that they felt overwhelmed with the people. Boarding was smooth as was disembarkation - the crew had its act together. Our room was on the 8th floor with a balcony. We would definitely recommend it.
