Sailed on Grand Princess 0n 3rd Jan-10th Jan. Only our second cruise with Princess and probably our last. Overall the cruise was very poor. The ship feels, and in particular, smells, old despite it's refurbishment.

The condition of the public toilets was deplorable;in all but two of them I found either the taps did not work, the soap dispensers did not work or the garbage bins were overflowing and never once did I see anyone cleaning or inspecting them.

The food was adequate but nothing more (it was not poor either).Above our table in the Da Vinci dining room the lights had an annoying habit of going from bright to dim every eight minutes or so;when asked about this, the waiter said it had been like that for two months. The main buffet was only just so.
