My wife and I have cruise celebrity several times and are elite captains club, check in was slow, with poor organization many clerks doing nothing while one or two were actually checking us in. Food on board was great. Cabin was passable clean, but towels for beach were usually forgotten, so we had to take them from pool deck, even mentioned it by phone to no results.

Main dining room bizarre as we were alone at table for 6 joined another table enjoyed them but told to return to our original table with 2 new boring people who then did not show again so we switched again and the the 2 boring people show up again, well we did not let it ruin our trip but it could have. Matre'd was a joke as usual. Food was very good as was wait staff.

Elite lounge was good at night other than hostess who was very rude. Morning elite spot was slow and again a different boring hostess, where do they get these people. Read more
