This was our second cruise and it took us year of panning and saving to go on this trip. Embarkation and debarcation was great. We have disability and they handled us well. That's about where the customer service ends. We pre-bought the premium dining Package so we could eat at specialty restaurants with out the cover fee. However that did not guarantee you a table even if when we attempted to make reservations. We even often saw empty tables and we were told they were reserved for the "rush"??? Drinks were expensive an not always delivered with a smile, especially if you didn't tip, yet there was already 15% added to the cost. Speaking of cost, everything costs, from pizza to coffee. This in addition to the twelve bucks a day rather you got good service or not. We attempted to resolve the reservation issue and a issue I had for paid internet (that didn't work) at the customer service desk and we were ignored and dismissed. Their attitude seemed to be too bad we got you and we don't care.

The bottom line is that there isn't anything ,service or goods that doesn't cost extra. Food was adequate if not cold and service had to be asked for. Also if your a non smoker stay away from the casino except you have to walk thru it to go fore to aft on that deck.

As for ports of call, St Maarten had three other cruise ships pull in at the same time, this meant hour long waits for cabs or water taxis we never made it down town let alone seeing any sights, very disappointed. Nassau was downright scary with aggressive panhandling rude shop keepers. Unless you spend big money to go to Alantis, stay onboard.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BB

Cabin was nice sized an well equipped. Balcony very small. You have to use your room key to operate room lights and air conditioning system, so if you want to listen to the waves at night forget it.
