This was our first time on the Zuiderdam (we've been on the Westerdam and the Ooosterdam) and third time on Vista class ship. We found the decoration to be a lot more pleasant than that found on the Oosterdam.

Because of our Suite status, embarkation was a breeze, so was the subsequent boarding of the tenders. Luggage arrived to our stateroom prior to dinner.

We've visited the Pinnacle Grill twice. Once for dinner and the second time for lunch. I have the feeling that the price went up but the food quality did not. Actually I think it was much better 5 years ago when I visited the Pinnacle Grill for the first time. Service at the Pinnacle Grill remains very good during the entire experience. We were also able to transfer the left over wine we had at the Pinnacle Grill to the Vista dinning room without any issues.

Cabin Review

Neptune Deluxe Verandah Suite

Cabin SA

The room was roomy and the only complain we have was the slightly higher noise level due to its proximity to the Neptune Lounge. On the other hand, its proximity to the Neptune Lounge was really convenient to just walk in and grab a cup of coffee when needed. Our cabin attendant were always courteous and professional.
