Hello all, My family and I took a 7 day western Caribbean cruise. We had booked the two bedroom suite with two bedroom, which came with a butler and a deck. I loved the room however, the butler was extremely rude. When you book this type of room you get certain amenities for example, a really good coffee maker that has lavvasa coffee, which is like a kureg, and you are supposed to get afternoon snaks from your butler on a daily bases. We didn’t start getting our snacks until the 3rd day, Lets say, you asked our butler one thing, and you never wanted to ask him anything every again. I would also say that you don’t want to book any restaurants that cost extra they are not worth it. Cagney’s is supposed to be the most expensive one to reserve. It took 2 hours to get our meal, they got everything wrong, and my mom’s steak was purple, meaning it was raw. That was our first special restaurant we went to and based on that, we canceled all our other reservations. If you want good food go to the Venetian, and ask for baby she was a great server. The food their is hot, great service, and you don’t have to pay extra for it. Also if you want to get a drink on board be prepared to wait 15 minutes while the bartender waits on other people, except you. Happened not only to me but my family separate times. Overall, I would say the best was going to tabannya beach, my family and I went their 7 years ago, and they sure have developed it, but it still the best beach in the world, my family and I planned our whole vacation around this beach if that gives you an idea how great this beach it. Clear blue water, clean white sand, not any seaweed at all, great good and drink are extra charge, but if you go down the beach farther you can get a better drink and a cheaper price. Be prepared though at this beach their is a lot of people wanting to sell you stuff, but if you tell them no, they will leave you alone.
