Ship is nicely designed, but looked to be still under construction. So many things (mostly electrical and electronic) were not working. Elevators, WiFi, electronic artwork, two70, online reservations, the soda machines, bionic bar, tablets in the dining room, RFID readers... If it was powered by electricity, it had a high likelyhood of not working. Our cabin was missing furnishings.
Crew was thin and overstretched. Service was terrible, and the crew didn't really care. Maybe they were tired, maybe they just had bad management, I'm not sure. Our cabin steward, when told about our missing furniture shrugged and said "Ship is new, we ran out of money". We had a waiter redo a salad 3 times because it was wrong each time. Appetizers one night took a full hour.
Entertainment was scarce. There were days where the ONLY thing happening between 7 and 9:30 PM was trivia. The "Evening" section of the Compass was less than 2 inches long.
Awesome window, very noisy crew deck, missing some furniture (sofa, chaise), TERRIBLE lighting.
