Let me just start by saying that I have been on other royal carribean cruises in previous years and have had no problem with this line, in fact it was my favorite line to sail with. But this year has been a bad year. I don't know if this is just the ship or what but there was some serise things wrong with my cruise.

Lets start with the booking of this cruise, when my grandma chose this cruise for us to go on she was told that she was supposed to get $200 dollars on board credit per room (we had 2 rooms) I don't know why this was (probobly because of her high ranking status) but we were told were were getting shipboard credit. Anyway she decided to call to make sure that this was accurate the day before the cruise and she was told yet again that she was to get $200 dollars on board credit. Okay great! Or maybe not so great.

Flash forward to the day of embarking and we are very excited, after all royal carribbean has always provided us with a great cruise and lots of family fun. The check in process was fine and went very smoothly and soon we were on the ship ready to enjoy our first meal. I have to say the food on this ship is emaculate, seriously some of the best food I have eaten at sea. After lunch we went to exploror the ship, there are many onboard activitys for the guests to do such as bungee jumping and swimming. But let me warm you the pool is FREEZING. Being a kid the first thing I wanted to do was check out the teen program having a great experience with it last time I went on a CARNIVAL cruise. But let me tell ya, the kids programs SUCK. Unlike carnival, royal carribean does not provide its younger sailers with any activitys that are interesting to them. Carnival has youth scavinger hunts and dance partys and royal carribeen has..... a movie from 5 years ago playing on a SMALL tv. Let me tell ya folks maybe it was just this ship but the kids programs sucked.
