First, not our first cruise. We paid for 10 family members to cruise with us. Two of the rooms got a $25 credit, 3 did not when we went to check on this the customer service manager was beyond rude. I tried to take a picture of his name badge (as I couldnt make out his name when he spoke); he must be hiding from someone or something as he was sooo offended that i would snap a pic of his badge. Why you're the lead in this department? Anyhow, no additional credits. Common sense tells you we booked 5 rooms, if a credit was to be given we would have had it on our room. Next issue, DO NOT PURCHASE the drink packages. My husband is a Pepsi fanatic! I am not a soda drinker at all but due to the rules both had to have the package. $100+ ($50+ x 2)and it took 30+ minutes to receive a soda at any of the dining options. When we asked one of two buffet attendants that were busy holding the floor down for a soda, they took the card and disappeared for 30 min. At the palace and Azura's, the appetizer and entree were finished by the time his drink arrived. Best bet-buy your own soda and bring on board. We had seen this as an option but felt it was rude to do this. My husband bought soda at cozumel to have in the room. BTW-no soda with room service even with the soda package. After complaining to the front desk and to the manager at the palace we have still heard nothing.

Our cabin was ok. It was an aft balcony. The sliding door didnt lock shut, when it was worked on, it then whistled when it was shut. The other 4 rooms were inside cabins for the college kids. They said they were fine.
