Sail Date: Dec 2014

We have been loyal Thomson customers for 35yrs and stayed in all types of accomodation on land from 1* to 5* but this was by far the worse holiday to date.

This was our first and it will be our last Thomson cruise. The food on this ship is appalling and the service in all restaurants not much better. Hot food is served luke warm and either over cooked or under cooked. The choice is very poor also, with all eateries serving the same food.

We were often TOLD where to sit and when we chose to sit where we wanted to sit,for example on a table for two, we were ignored and served last. The Maitre de was a complete waste of time as his fob off was a warm glass of wine.
