I find coming back to reality always the most difficult part of the cruise. Now being back over a week, I thought I'd reflect on the good and not so good parts of our cruise.
First, we are loyal NCL cruisers. We recognize many staff from previous cruises and know that a successful cruise entails finding the best servers and staff on the ship.
Service: We found great servers and staff, as usual, but were concerned at the level of "newness" of many of the wait staff in the MDR. The more experienced waiters were often seen training new waiters and we were told that with the addition of the new ships, wait staff were being promoted quickly. I have concerns regarding quality control as NCL grows but we were fortunate enough to find great wait staff after a rocky start.
