I'm going to skip the traditional review format. Why? Each person's experience on a ship (hotel, restaurant, etc.) is going to differ based on their expectations, price sensitivity, mood, etc. Today's review reader is aware that one person's opinion is just that - that person's opinion. The crew works hard, VERY hard, from morning until late at night, so if you smile they will too. If you say good morning, they will too. Some people will have a great experience, some not. You don't want to pay extra for the Specialty Restaurants? Enjoy the Main Dining room, but don't expect lobster and caviar every night. If your cabin is too small, then you should have done better research to find out exactly how big your cabin is going to be and what amenities are provided. Most "bad reviews" are most usually a fault of the writer's, not the cruise line's.

We are Elite Plus and were in a Signature Suite, which provided all the perks imaginable for an awesome cruise (Celebrity's new "Suite Program") including exclusive access to Michael's Club. Let's face it, the more you pay, the more you get. It's as simple as that. We loved everything about our trip from the Specialty restaurants to the peace and quiet of our cabin and the service provided by our Butler.

Celebrity's marketing campaign is "Modern Luxury". If that doesn't appeal to you, don't book with Celebrity. If it does then you will not be disappointed. If you are then refer to my comments above.

Cabin Review

Signature Suite

Cabin SG

Our second time in this category of suite. Amazing! Large floor to ceiling windows, a separate living area and bedroom, fantastic bath and large verandah with the most awesome outdoor shower. The Signature Suites and Reflection Suite are accessed through a private door that is not accessible to anyone else. The Butler for the Signature Suites is the Head Butler for the ship, so you know you are going to be provided with outstanding service and attention. The Signature Suite also includes access to Michael's Club, a bar/lounge accessible only to Celebrity, Royal, Signature, Penthouse and Reflection Suite guests. The Signature Suite is one of the best values in the Suite category. We loved our second stay here and have already booked another cruise in the Signature Suite for the October 2015 TA from Rome. We are hoping that Celebrity includes the outdoor shower feature on the new "Edge" platform ships.
