Just back from a fortnight's Christmas and New Year cruise with Thomson's on the Majesty. Well what can I say only that the full fortnight was a complete and utter waste of time and money.

This ship should be burned at sea.

It is a dirty, old ship with extremely poor hygiene on board. The medics told me that the novo virus was caused by someone coming on the ship with it, I don't think so as 4 weeks previously the swimming pools were closed due to a virus. The virus is always on this ship by the sounds of it! Staff using the same cloth to wipe down the bani-stairs and this was just spreading the germs further and further each and every day. Read more
