Had a nice time on the Carnival Pride enjoying the sun and warmth of the Caribbean. Left as scheduled out of Tampa on December 28th, despite an email and text from Carnival tell us that the ship had a late arrival because of 2 passengers needing immediate medical attention who had to be taken back to Cayman. Combine that with fog getting into Tampa, and the ship had a late arrival.

That said, all was good for our departure. We are Platinum members and made it from the terminal to our cabin in about 15 minutes.

Third time for us on the Pride. Ship has been upgraded, but what that means is less space for passengers. A seating area by the atrium has been taken out for a Japanese restaurant (it'll cost ya) and more seating space as been taken out by the swimming pool for the Iguana Mexican restaurant.
