Seeing the dip in positive reviews here, I was initially sceptical of Mariner of The Seas. However, the experience was truly amazing and would definitely sail again with RC and this ship.

Embarkation: Stipulated checkin time is after 11am but please do reach the cruise terminal earlier as it will be very crowded. Check in was fast as we reached early and was on board the ship before 12pm. Check in process might be a tad messy at the Marina Bay Cruise Terminal in Singapore but lots of friendly staff are around to guide you.

Passengers: As this cruise is in the off peak season of Singapore, majority of the passengers were Westerners with only a small handful of Singaporeans. Most passengers were from Australia, Indonesia and Hong Kong for this cruise. No squeezing problem as described by other reviewers but Asians might need to beware as we still faced some racial discrimination by some of the Australian passengers on board.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Excellent cabin, spacious and clean. Balcony is clean too and is towards the back of the ship. Not very far from the Centrum lift lobby.
