The staff were friendly and the ship is beautiful with lots of amenities ie: Rock Climbing Wall, Flow Rider and Ice Skating. The sports team were very helpful and encouraging. The cleaning crew are wonderful and attentive and so are the wait staff.

The one major disappointment was the quality of the food. We ate at the windjammer and the dining room and the food was adequate. Nothing was outstanding and the variety was limited. If you wanted a decent burger then you needed to pay $5.95 per person at Johnny Rockets. The pizza was nothing special either at the windjammer or on the promenade. The ice cream machine was broken for 3 days on our 6 day cruise and then the only other ice cream was at Ben and Jerry's and you needed to pay for that. On the Carnival cruise there are more than just one ice cream machine available and its open 24 hours unlike Royal Caribbean where the ice cream is only available for a limited time each day when its not broken.

Also wish the rock climbing wall and flow rider would be open for more hours and why not keep it open on port days as plenty of people stay on the ship and would benefit with enjoying these amenities without hours of waiting.
