We have been on the Allure 5X and now the Oasis 3X. We love both ships and are always happy with the service and food and general atmosphere of both. In lieu of a full review, I will try to hit the highlights and lowlights as our group of 45 experienced them.

We were a total group of 45, but 16 in our "small group." We stayed at the Embassy Suites on 17th St. in Ft. Lauderdale which is our go-to hotel in FLL. So close to port, grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and great for fitting multiple people in one room. A $15 taxi ride from airport to hotel, $10 taxi ride with up to 4 people (if your luggage can fit!) to port from hotel. Hard to beat that.

Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin JS

This room was too noisy for me because we were heard so much noise from the deck upstairs. I had heard the 14th floor might be noisy but we booked it because we wanted to be on the same floor as my parents who had an accessible Boardwalk Balcony room. For perspective, I am a very light sleeper, but even with earplugs there was noises around 3-4 am of deck chairs scraping (for which I was appreciative I was laying in bed and not working), and then starting around 7ish am I heard fellow passengers walking, talking and moving chairs. We do love Junior Suites because they provide a good amount of room for 2 people without being too crazy expensive over a regular balcony room if you hit the booking time right.
