Hello All, just got back from a really nice cruise on The Royal Princess. Sailed the Caribbean over the Christmas holiday. Before we sailed on the Royal Princess we read many reviews about the ship, service and food. So i'm going to keep my review short and to the point. I can honestly say that 99% of the reviews are correct. There is no centre stairs in this ship "what were the thinking" really......OMG! What a pain.

The balcony was ok but like most others have reported... to narrow! We've sailed on other princess ships and other cruise lines and this has been the narrowest one yet. Service was ok, not outstanding.Staff seemed to be just going through the motions, but I must admit our wait staff were great! I traveled with my son and his friend who are in their early twenties and they were a bit disappointed with the DJ, and they said the club closed to early. The food was OK, not great, which was a bit sad. Other Princess ships we've been on the food was outstanding!

Overall......we had a great time on the Royal Princess, the ship is beautiful and will we sail again....maybe.

Cabin Review

Penthouse Suite with Balcony

Cabin S4

Cabin was spacious and very well appointed, with 2 large flat screen tv's. Balcony was a bit narrow. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large and very spacious, with the toilet in a separate area from the shower and tub.
