I was really excited for this cruise but was constantly disappointed. Getting on the ship was a nightmare. They had people w tablets trying to check people in but they did not work? How do you rely on tablets but have inadequate wifi?? It took us an hour to get on the ship. We downloaded our pictures prior but shockingly they did not have them in the system!! We had the biggest suite & they gave us no assistance with expediting this process!!

Our room was amazing big & beautiful. We got on the ship & tried Windjammers, it could be the worst cruise buffet I ever had. Way too much Indian food & jut an awful array of choices. The fresh baked cookies were good but seemed like they never had them fresh.

The bionic bar is a joke.. One poor guys waited 45 minutes for it to make his drink?? I'd say more than half the time it was broken or just working improperly. Its a waste of time & money. Read more
