My wife and I decided to take this cruise because of the ridiculously low prices for cabins and thought it would be a nice break just before Christmas. Our daughter and son-in-law joined us too.

Check-in was very smooth. We arrived at the terminal about 11:00, streamed through security and registration and sat in the waiting area for about 30 minutes. Getting onboard on a Princess ship has never been an issue and this time was no different. We immediately headed up the the Sanctuary and found quite a number of seats still available and we decided to book for the entire cruise.

Cabin: We had a starboard balcony cabin on Caribe (10). The cabin was very nice. It was very clean and well maintained. John, our cabin steward showed up within minutes. He was very friendly and was great to us the entire time. Excellent service! Our bags arrived not long after we did.

Cabin BF

Cabin was well appointed, very clean, and the cabin steward, John, was excellent! The beds on Princess ships are some of the most comfortable I've slept in anywhere. Cabin was normally very quiet until disembarkation day when a few people thought it was time to yell to each other from opposite ends of the passageway. This has nothing to do with the cabin - it could have happened anywhere. I just had to point out how inconsiderate some people can be.
