Overall the Christmas / New Years cruise from Dec 22 to Jan 2 was very nice. Pretty similar to the other NCL cruises. There's only a few minor gripes that I hope NCL will address in the future:

1) The Port of Miami contracted staff sucks. On embarkation day there were no announcements as to which group was boarding. The eventually started yelling them out as people would push and crowd to get on. Very disorganized for such a simple process. On disembarkation, they were being a bit overzealous in their crown control into US Customs to the point where it took over an hour to even get off the ship.

2) For some reason we saw several noticeably unhappy staff. Bad attitudes. Poor service. Not even a smile. Not sure if they were annoyed with having to work on the holidays or what. We noticed it more than usual on this cruise. Read more
