Sail Date: Dec 2014
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
Traveled with children

We came aboard with high expectations that were almost immediately shattered.

The rooms: our balcony room was probably the smallest room that we have ever stayed in. And it was dirty when we arrived. The metal finished were rusted. We could barely walk around the bed which is a big issue when your bed is not by the window. The bathroom is TINY. probably the smallest shower I have seen yet. Also, virtually no storage. So

The main dining room: the dining rooms are just too big. Rccl made a mistake in thinking that it could keep three dining rooms for almost 3x the guests. Getting in and out was utter chaos. The service was terrible. The rooms were very very loud. The food was fair at best. At some point we were promised to switch tables but it did not happen. Eventually we just got a preprinted note to our room saying our request could not be honored. After the third night, we just stopped going to the dining room altogether.
