Staff is A+,house keeper Christopher Cabbo and waiter Jonathan González are 5 stars on my book and in general all the where always helpful.On the flip side of the coin...They charge for everything.The charge for water at the restaurant and they don't have the buffet after 1:30 pm,if you are hungry you most dress and go at the restaurant.The don't have coffee after 10pm and they charge for pizza after 5pm.I enjoy drinks with my wife at the pool BUT no staff to serve can you IMAGINE!That's a first for me,other cruiselines bombard you with fancy drinks which we love.No art auctions and entertainment at the theater was ok.They charge for tv movies or you only have a choise of 1 free movie a day in tv over and over again and 3 movies for the rest of the 18 nights!Bartenders at the disco did not knew how to make a cuba Libre(rom and coke), did not know how to make the drink of the day, he had to ask 2waiters and a manager!.I be live they are short on personel and trying trying there best on saving money and staff.Everyone I talk had the same feeling about the matter and most desapointed.I will mention that the ship broke in the middle of the atlantic at night,one of the engine explode and it was on fire for a hour, we where stock with no power for 2hours.I wail say that in general Costa in in the last ship we will think when we plan our next adventure......
