Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

I am a Diamond member and have been on over 10 cruises with Royal Caribbean. Dynamic Dining just didn't work, angry people who had to wait for over an hour to be seated plus we had trouble getting reservations at the better restaurants. It was a nightmare as waiters couldn't use their ipads correctly to get the orders in correctly. Service was slow. Gone is the waiter, assistant waiter, and beverage waiter as Royal Caribbean seems to have cut back on staff and service.The CEO should resign, this was the worst cruise I've ever been on. The bionic bar was empty most of the time because the robots just didn't work as they should, seems like a marketing gimmick, unimpressed. You had to wait on long lines to get into North Star and it was no big deal, again a marketing gimmick.

After waiting an hour in line in your vehicle to embark in Bayonne you have to pray one of those losers in the orange vests doesn't yell at you for trying to get your luggage out or in when you return. Complete ciaos at the curb trying to get on and off the ship in Bayonne....they used to let you pull nose first into a spot, they eliminated that.

You now have to make a reservation to see a show, in the past it was first come first served plus most of the shows sucked anyway. Honestly, this was the worst cruise I've ever been on, absolutely sucked.
