The Enchantment OTS is a very comfortable ship. Easy access to all areas and could easily get from one end to the other. The dining service on this Xmas cruise was not up to par. Cost cutting has left servers with more tables, no time to interact with passengers and numerous incorrect orders. To top it off they gave some of the staff Christmas Day off - the last evening meal. I am sure tips ended up very poor for the cruise. We had a family group of 18 with several young children and they could not provide any inroom baby sitters despite assuring me before the cruise that they could. They did help make Chanukkah special. We all had a great time but it could have been much better.
