Royal managed to make this vacation the worst I've ever experienced in my life. The only exciting part was stopping to pick up the refugees.

The service was horrible. The staff were down right rude if not hostile.

I went with friends and family. We were yelled at by an usher at the ice rink. My son's shoes were stolen at kids club, the kitchen staff could not get my son's food order correct (he has severe allergies) causing us to wait for long periods of time to eat. Read more
