I just read the overall review of the Regal and it did not match with our experiences. We are Platinum with Princess and this was not the best trip we'd ever taken. We've never been disappointed before. This was a first.

It took over 2 hours to board. Waiting another hour for wheelchairs (they came 2 at a time and took you to a different level to wait for ship chairs and pushers to take you beyond that and onto the ship. Like a holding cell!) It was pure chaos. Everyone complained - this was FLL pier problems, not ship problems but no one was around from the Regal to help anyone out,

The shows were terrific. Three straight nights of full 45 minute musicals shown at three show times making it easy to get into one of the shows without rushing. Terrific talent and great shows. But the music blasted our eardrums. The theater vibrated and many people held their ears. Only one change from the musical extravaganza and that was a comedian. He was funny but they gave him 2 nights - one was enough. We skipped the second night he did a show. The theater is bigger and seats have excellent lines of vision. No bars to block seats between levels.
