We had a great embarkation experience at Miami, nice touch glass champagne following boarding, cabin ready at 1pm as promised. Cabin 9285 aft was perfect one of the biggest balconys we have had whilst cruising, two cabin attendants were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. Great areas for storage and generous bathroom, lovely and clean and well presented.

Ship is lovely although a little tired in places but she is due a refit in April 15, lovely friendly staff in most bars particular mention to George in the Molecular bar he is fantastic and adds a bit of glamour with the unusual cocktails. Great variety of onboard shops and public areas so nothing ever felt particuarly busy. Poolside always very busy but we were always able to find a spot higher up on the sun deck with great views and peaceful atmoshpere.

We had anytime dining and did feel depending on where you were seated did impact the service you received, some evenings it took so long to be served we gave up but on other evenings where we encountered a waitress called Andrea the service was outstanding, Miriam the wine waiter was excellent and always provided great service in all bar areas she attended as was the bartender in the sky lounge in the evening.
