We had problems from the word go

4 hour delay leaving port. Employees neglected to clean the deck of trash food and dishes. Finding a clean table was impossible at any time. You had to clear dirty dishes or track down someone and specifically ask them to clear the table. The food was decent. Entertainment was mediocre at best. The room was stifling hot and took three days of complaining to bring to a tolerable temperature we could sleep with. The night shift banging and clanging all night made sleeping difficult. When reported to customer service we were told it was waves. This went on until the 5th day when the crew finally told us our room was right next to the laundry. We saw another guest hand in a complaint form and the person behind the desk waited for them to leave and wadded it up and threw it in the trash. Our stateroom attendant was the only highlight of the ship. We were watching a scheduled video on the broken big screen and at 7:30 pm the crew decided that was the best time to start spraying degreaser and pressure washing the deck. One main reason we took this ship was for the climbing wall that you had squeeze in to about an hour per day missing dinner or other activities. Fine took up the entire evening. This cruise line apparently doesn't have concern for repeat business.
