We have just got back from our xmas cruise and it was ruined due to this so called Noro virus, my husband got this on xmas eve and we were confined to our cabin until the 26th the day we left the ship.

The food on this ship although plentiful it was always stone cold we complained to reception and it was logged. This ship has some serious problems where food is concerned because although they said Noro virus I would say food poison due to food being either stone cold or Luke warm and this is not acceptable after all a cruise does not come cheap.

Our cabin an outside plus was good and the cabin staff very good.we were on deck 4 mid ship no noise problems as others have stated. Read more
