My husband and I, accompanied by our adult children, just returned from a Christmas cruise on the Carnival Freedom and I would like to submit a few comments. It is our 26th cruise but our first one on a Carnival ship.

We chose Carnival because of the age group and also the 6-day cruise was more convenient to some members of the family.

PROS : Food in main dining room and buffet was always good and fresh, good-size cabins, no annoying music in several public spaces, free ice cream stations, a good selection of bars and fast food stations for the younger crowd, very nice outdoor furniture, serenity deck for adults only.
