We are a very well travelled cruising couple and have been on many a different cruise lines including P&O.

We arrived home today after a 9 night Pacific Christmas Cruise and we will never travel with them again.We travelled on the Pacific Dawn and all I can say it has gone downhill. We travelled on her last year and we had no complaints but this time around the service was appalling. I think P&O have cut back a lot on staff and crew since we last sailed with her. The food in the restaurants have also declined to near Rock bottom, we never had a hot meal except for the second last day when we ordered a soup. The quality of the meals were very poor to say the least. Salt Resturant was an exception fabulous food as always.P&O really need to pick up their game as there is now a lot of new competitors here in Australia.
