Although we had been to the Eastern Caribbean many times, we wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had heard great things about the Reflection and had been on 6 previous Celebrity trips and 5 or 6 RC. We took the red eye from Vancouver to Miami and got in early on Saturday morning. The email from Celebrity said we should not get to the port until 1:30pm but had nowhere to go so just went to the port about 10:30am. We did not have to wait too long, we were on board by 11 am. Our room was on the hump and had a bigger balcony which was great. When we did get into the room, bathroom had some broken pieces on the sink and there was a film that I washed down. The bedskirt was stained, just not as pristine as normal.

Food was inconsistent, cold eggs benedict, my husband had escargot everyday and sometimes it was hot sometimes not.

Room steward a little abrupt at first but then never saw him, had to ask for refills on shampoo etc, when I called they said "Do you need it now?" Always had room stewards that knew I needed things before I knew!!
