I heard a lot of bad things about the Norwegian Epic ship -- but honestly I cannot say that!  It was wonderful! Did the cruise ship from Barcelona, Spain early October and I will tell you this -- every day is a very tiring day! It's about 90 minutes on bus from port to anywhere!  A lot of walking! I learned the hard way -- take the vans who only carry 10 people as they can just drop you off and pick you up! If you take the bus rides -- you have to walk a mile from where the bus can park & then a mile back. Not counting all the walking you are going to do during the day! After one week of this -- by Saturday before we got off cruise ship, my feet looked like elephant feet - they were that swollen -- -- so were my friend's feet too.  Great trip, just very busy -- & I have never climbed so many stairs or inclines in my life during that trip (ports). The Ship was great & Norwegian Cruise Line did a great job as always!  A total lifetime experience for me as had never been to Europe! Barcelona is fantastic - wish I had spent a few days there & Rome was just great-just not enough time to see it in 5 hours -- and the Pizza in Naples (the origin of pizza) was just fantastic! Those were the highlights!  Yes the Leaning toward of Pisa -- it does really Lean! and Florence, Italy is beautiful!  A great, beautiful trip - but just very tiring! Ha!
