well $80million dollar refit, they should have done a lot more thinking or heard what passangers had to say??? The ship has gone backwards and I for one will never go on it again or recommend it to any person I know. My time Dining was a joke with more people on this time dining than normal set dining. One Day the Compass said "Welcome to Auckland Australia". Then in Tauranga even the Captain didn't know what time his passengers had to be back on board we were told so many different times in the Compass/TV/Captain's PA and they finally got it right after breakfast. Sold out of Duty Free Grog in the shop on Board for Scotch Lovers after 2 days at sea, so people got off in Auckland to Galleria Duty Free Shop and were told Royal Caribbean had made no arrangements to sell passengers any items and that we would all have to pay retail price for any item in their store.

All during our dining in the Windjammer we kept getting over the pa system please vacate your table as soon as you have finished to allow other people to enjoy the experience - come on . Took 2 days to get a booking at Johnny Rockets for a meal and well if you wanted to play Trivia you had to get to the Schooner Bar 1 hr before the start of it or no seats, why they didn't transfer it to the Star Lounge one will never know. I had been on this ship prior and never found the wait time like I have just experienced. Royal Caribbean should have bought another ship out like the Radiance as this seems to be the best from all the comments on board by past passengers all over the ship. I for one will only travel on the Radiance again and it so sad as the other cruise lines are catching up to Royal Carribean now and so we will all shop around after this very very disappointing time on the Voyager.
