Sail Date: Dec 2014
Cabin: Concierge Class 1

We are husband and wife experienced cruisers (30 years) and have been on all major lines. This was our first cruise on Celebrity -- of late we have always sailed HAL, but thought we'd try something different.

Embarkation/debarkation:

We were in Concierge class. Ship sent text to tell us what time to board. We arrived at the appointed time and waited no longer than 5 minutes. Concierge class allowed to wait in the dining room to debark, wait about 15 minutes from the time we had chosen. Service inside the terminal organized and efficient, no problem locating bags and porter.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

Cabin C1

The room is small but adequate, ditto for the balcony, which had 2 chairs with footstools and a small round dining-height table. The closet space is large, but the drawer space is sorely lacking. Only 3 drawers and no shelf space for folded shirts, etc. Way too many hangers, we stashed some under the bed to make room in the closet.Room away from Atrium noise. If you get a room too near the elevator, it will likely be noisy.Room was clean and had no signs of wear. Room stewards did a good and unobtrusive job. Unlike HAL, no ice unless you ask, and no refills unless you ask. No cute towel animals or nightly pillow mints. We got room service each morning for coffee. They called right before delivering, at exactly the time ordered. Nice.
