We have just returned from our cruise on the Norwegian Jade and had a very positive experience. Freestyle dining definitely works, we were able to eat in either of the main restaurants at whatever time we happened to arrive. Having experienced RCCL's "My Time" in the past this was a definite bonus. The food was always good, and often great. There were several other options available as well as the buffet. We didn't experience the specialty restaurants as we didn't feel the need. Breakfast and lunch were almost always taken in the open air at the aft end of the ship.

The ship itself is clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We were always able to find room to sit in whatever area we had chosen, there were plenty of sun beds available (and yes, we had glorious sunny weather in December), and the staff were pleasant and attentive at all times.

We enjoyed the itinerary, but joined other CC members on private tours, or simply did our own thing in most ports.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Porthole Window

Cabin OG

Perfectly adequate. Plenty of hanging pace and drawers. Good shower with a bigger cubicle than similar cabins on RCCL. Close to lifts, but didn't notice much noise of people passing.
