This was our 2nd Cruise with Royal Caribbean, we have only sailed with Royal. We boarded Freedom of the Seas on December 14th after receiving an email the night before stating our Itinerary had changed due to an "Issue". So we lost Cococay and times had changed for St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Boarding was relatively smooth and efficient.

Many angry guests that 1st day but we decided not to let this last minute Itinerary change ruin our Vacation. We were informed by guest services that we would receive a $175 OBC per stateroom due to the change. We had 2 staterooms, (one room for the kids), so $350 total.

Teen Zone - Our kids are 13 & 17 and both had plenty of activities organized by the Cruise and kept them busy.

Rooms were fine, clean. Glad there's a shower door instead of a curtain.
