10 nights on Rhapsody - the ship is 'doing' her last season in Australian waters this year, then off to Brazil for future cruising, Explorer of the Seas apparently is replacing her. She is starting to show her age here and there, crew doing a fantastic job keeping her maintained but struggling at times.
I am disabled and was treated respectfully and given as much help as I needed by all RCCI crew. Kanisha in customer services was very particularly helpful along with crusin Susan. PT the matre'd was great, nothing was too much trouble. 'Godfrey' helping with orders on the 'egg harbor' in Winjammer was funny and is a great representative for the Royal Caribbean crew. Our Head waiter 'Anoop' was on the ball, he was very efficient and the best Head Waiter we have had in over 18 cruises.....
We had difficulty in communication with some nationalities, especially our waiter and assistant waiter. We found on occasions we could not communicate what we wanted, if slightly different from the menu. Or when ordering a 'specialty coffee' for instance. Anoop our Head waiter soon stepped in and helped on occasions.
Cabin was an ocean view accessible quad share on deck 2, 2 single beds and 2 bunks that dropped down from ceiling. One 'big' problem was the wardrobe was so small, only enough space for 2 people at the most, not enough draw space either, bathroom large with roll in shower - apart from lack of storage in wardrobe and draws the cabin was great.
