The ship is stunning. I loved the newer design and layout, plus all the activities onboard. We tried everything from playing basketball, going down water slides, and ropes courses, all the way to the old standards of cruising – bingo, trivia, art auctions, and the casino.

The staff was truly awesome throughout the boat. The entertainment was better than average. And everyone on board, from the cruise staff to the attendants, were always ready with a smile. I loved that staff took the time to say, “Good morning” when they passed you in the hallways, and that our steward took the time to introduce himself to us when we first arrived.

The staff in the main dining room were courteous and prompt. Despite being a fully packed boat of 5000 people, the boat did not feel crowded most of the time. We were able to quickly find seats at the pool, and never had a wait time at specialty restaurants for dinner. There are also enough pockets of quiet to find if you know where to look. Many times we found ourselves the only people at a bar in the evening, listening to music from inside, or watching the sunset next to a saltwater waterfall.

Balcony Stateroom

The rooms are beautiful. The bed was awful. We found it very difficult to sleep, and had increased back and joint pain during our trip.
