It is often difficult to interpret what is written on review sites such as this. Some people expect a great deal and others complain about minor things. I have often read critical reviews and taken them with a" pinch of salt" and not taken the criticisms seriously. However, this two week cruise cost over £4,500 for two people. Other passengers had paid under £1,000 for this cruise (in different cabins etc) but it is of note that those people thought it was not worth the money. I am taking the time to write this to advise people about wasting money and more importantly having a holiday ruined by going on this ship with this cruise line.

Below are some points I made to the cruise line and indicate some of the problems we had.

Car Parking at Tilbury.
