We went on the Pacific Jewel, pacific Island cruise out of Sydney 1/12/2014,from the start we did not get told were the ship was leaving from, caught the train from sydney airport to circular quay but then we had to get a taxi from there to White bay, It should have been on the itinerary that the ship was leaving from White bay.(we booked online with P&O).Food was very average, Went to Salt and Grill restaurant and it was NOT GOOD. The entertainment was not what they advertise, they cancelled a lot of activities and did not announce them.

When it rained they swept the water off the pool deck and did not wipe the tables and chairs down.One of the pools was closed for the first three days,and on the third day there was no pools as they were painting them.

When it came to Disembarking at Sydney we had a time slot but there were no announcements you had to fend for your self.Told security staff as we were leaving and told them that there were no announcements and they just shrugged there shoulders and stood there. Read more
