Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

My spouse and I had been on the Jewel in 2006. She doesn't look like she's had an update since then. The carpet was very worn in places and there is worn upholstery evident, too. The mini golf course has been ripped, torn apart, and partially mended so many times it makes the holes unplayable.

There is a very strong smell of sewage in almost all areas of the ship.

We booked a balcony guarantee and rec'd a cabin above The Schooner Bar and The Safari Club, both of which played loud music til late at night so it was a short night for sleeping in our cabin due to the sound.
