We boarded in Buenos Aires and with a PH1 we soon had our cabin. It was large, with an excellent bathroom and spacious but because of the itinerary an almost useless balcony, The bed was quite comfortable and the walk-in closet was great. Service from the butler was wonderful, as he constantly reminded us of all the services he could provide; and we enjoyed eating breakfast that were "off the menu" in our cabin and avoiding the mad scramble for seats in the buffet..

We ended up eating in the specialty restaurants 7 times, and could have eaten there more often; but the only memorable meals were in Red Ginger; Jacques and Polo were disappointing. The food in the main dining room was boring with few choices and small portions. Two lunches there were memorable; the excellent salad nicoise with halibut, and an awful inedible fish they claimed was grouper; it was so bad I told the maitre'd that they would not serve this on Princess!

The public rooms were in great shape and immaculate.
